DELIVERY & SHIPPING INFORMATION

Hello 🩷 Thank you for shopping with us! We’re so excited to get your order to you. Please take a moment to read this page, as it contains important information about how we process and deliver your items. This also forms part of our Terms of Service.

 ORDER PROCESSING

We aim to process all orders within 1 working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

  • Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day.

  • Once your order is received, you’ll get:

    • An order confirmation email, and

    • A dispatch notification once your parcel is on its way.

UK DELIVERY OPTIONS & COSTS

All UK orders are sent tracked, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Standard Delivery (2–4 Working Days)

  • £4.95 – orders must be placed before 12pm

  • Free - on orders over £59.99

Express Delivery (1–2 Working Days)

  • £6.95 – available for orders placed before 12pm

Next Working Day Delivery

  • £9.95 – available for orders placed before 12pm

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by couriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders:

  • Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility

  • These charges aren’t included in your order total and we cannot control them

To avoid surprises, we suggest checking potential fees before you place your order.

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY & RISK

  • Delivery times are estimates

  • We aren’t responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control

  • Risk passes to you once the parcel is delivered to the address provided at checkout

Please make sure your delivery details are accurate, we can’t be responsible for parcels sent to the wrong address.
